Mobile Notary Fee Schedule

Effective January 2017 the California mandated Notary Fee is $15 per signature instead of $10.

  • Each Signature $15
  • Acknowledgment $15
  • Jurat (Oath or Affirmation) $15
  • Power of Attorney $15
  • Copy Certification $15

Loan Document Signing Fees:

  • First set of Docs $125 – $200
  • Second set of Docs $ 75
  • Printing E-docs - 2 sets $45

Traveling/Convenience Fee - Starting at $35.00 (Determined by distance and/or location)

  • $50 to Business
  • $60 to Medical/Care Facilities
  • $100 to Hospitals
  • $150 to County Jails
  • $300 to California State Prisons
  • $60 per hour to County Courts

Waiting time for documents or parties to arrive: ($15 - every 15 minutes after scheduled appointment)

Total cost per appointment = notary fee per signature plus trip charge.
